These terms apply between you and ЗАПОВНИТИ ("we"), operating onoma.name.
A name reading: a digital text assembled for the name you enter. It has two parts of different kinds, and we keep the line between them deliberately visible:
Where an origin is disputed or unknown, we say so. We do not substitute a prettier version for an honest “not established”.
The reading is an entertainment and educational product. It is not, and does not replace:
We do not promise the reading will match how you see yourself. It is a text about a name, not a diagnosis of a person.
The product is digital and is delivered as soon as payment clears, at a permanent link of the form /en/thanks.html?ref=…. The link is emailed to you and keeps working for as long as the site does.
Writing takes from a few seconds to two minutes. You do not have to keep the page open.
If payment went through and the reading did not come out, we either build it by hand or refund you — your choice. Email us with the order number.
Personal use, showing friends and posting on social media are allowed and welcome.
We are responsible for the product matching its description and being delivered. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a reading. That follows directly from “What this is not”.
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version. Orders already paid for are governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Write to us first: most things are settled by email within a day.
