Refund Policy

The product is digital and delivered instantly, so the rule is simple and it favours you.

Refunded, no questions

• The reading did not come out, or came out for the wrong name.
• You were charged twice for one order.
• The link does not work and we could not fix it.
• You changed your mind and have not opened the finished reading.

Looked at case by case

If you read it and it disappointed you, write to us. We do not argue about taste: for our first three months we refund anyone who asks, even after reading. Understanding what missed matters more to us than the money.

The one exception is systematic abuse from a single account or card.

Printed orders

A poster is printed for one specific order and cannot be returned once it has gone to print, except for print defects or damage in transit. Send a photo and we will reprint or refund.

The self-print file is refunded on the same terms as everything else digital.

How to ask

Email hello@onoma.name with your order number. We answer within two business days; refunds go back the way you paid and take 3 to 10 banking days.
